Refund Policy

At Xtrimist Learnings, we strive to ensure that our students and their guardians are fully satisfied with the educational services we provide. However, we understand that there may be circumstances in which a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy carefully.

  1. Eligibility for Refund

    • Refunds are available for tuition fees under certain conditions and are subject to the terms outlined below.

    • To be eligible for a refund, you must have paid the tuition fees in full and submitted a formal refund request within the specified time frames.

  2. Time Frames for Refund Requests

    • Before Course Commencement: Full refund of tuition fees if a written request is received at least 14 days prior to the start of the course.

    • After Course Commencement: Prorated refund of tuition fees based on the number of classes attended. Refund requests must be submitted within the first two weeks of the course start date.

    • No Refund: No refunds will be issued after the first two weeks of the course, except under exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness, relocation). These cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  3. Procedure for Refund Requests

    • Submit a written refund request via email to thextrimist@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request."

    • Include the student's name, course name, date of enrollment, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.

    • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days of receipt.

  4. Processing of Refunds

    • Approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment.

    • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  5. Non-Refundable Fees

    • Registration fees, administration fees, and any other miscellaneous fees are non-refundable.

  6. Course Cancellation by Xtrimist Learnings

    • In the event that a course is canceled by Xtrimist Learnings, students will be offered a full refund of the tuition fees paid or the option to transfer to another course without additional charges.

  7. Exceptional Circumstances

    • Refunds due to exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies, relocation, or other unforeseen events will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Appropriate documentation must be provided.
